Terms of Service

I understand:

TIME, NATURE, AND STRUCTURE OF EVENTS AND SERVICES

• I understand the difference between "events" and "services" as described.

• Unless otherwise indicated, events and services will be held virtually. 

• Real Academics will not be held responsible if I experience technical difficulties for joining virtual meetings. 

• I understand the dates and schedules for events and services and my time-zone conversion, if applicable.

• Events and services are not recorded and therefore cannot be re-watched at a later time.

• Events and services offered, price, schedules, and combinations listed on the website, newsletter, or other materials may be subject to change at any time.

• When attending events or services, I agree to adhere to the Real Academics Expectations. 

• I also understand that Real Academics reserves the right to not (re-) admit and/or terminate subscriptions at any time.

• If you are not fully satisfied with the Season Pass, you can email us within the first month of the Season Pass period for a full refund at inforealacademics@gmail.com. No questions asked.
  
  

COMMUNICATION

• To ensure I receive important up-to-date information:

  • I have subscribed to the free Real Academics Newsletter and am responsible for reading the emails related to any events or services carefully and in a timely manner. 

  • If I have registered for an event or service, I am also responsible for reading any additional emails related to any events careful and in a timely manner.

  • I will email inforealacademics@gmail.com with any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
    
    

SUBSCRIBER ACCESS AGREEMENT

• • Access Links: Emails I receive as a subscriber may include links or discount codes that provide me with exclusive access and/or discounts to events. I agree to not share these emails, links, or codes with anyone. Real Academics reserves the right to terminate paid subscriptions that do not follow this agreement.
    
    

CANCELLATION POLICY

• • Real Academics may cancel or pause subscriptions at anytime at their discretion. 

  • Service policies will be listed under individual "letters of agreement."

UPDATES AND CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICES

• • Updates and changes to these Terms of Service may happen at any time.

  • I agree to review them periodically and adhere to them. If I do not agree with them, I may cancel my subscription at any time.
